As it stands, the apartment is functional. Just the fridge needs changing because it is as old as the apartment, but it works. Possibly the oven to replace it with a more recent one or a combination oven/microwave.

In any case, if you wish to redo the kitchen, you should budget a low range of €3,000 for mid-range furniture. Otherwise, count on €5,000 - €6,000.

The only point that might seem "alarming" at first glance is the electricity. As standards have evolved, some elements no longer comply with current standards, but without presenting any danger.
